Frequently asked questions

How is commission calculated?

Commission is a percentage of the net subscription value paid by your referred client each month. For example, if a client on the Starter plan (₹6,999/month) is referred by a Silver reseller (25%), you earn ₹1,750/month while they stay subscribed.

Can I resell to government clients?

Yes. We support purchase orders and proforma invoices for government clients. For GeM-sourced purchases, contact us — we can support that procurement route too.

Do I need to provide technical support to my clients?

No. FieldGovern's team handles all technical support, onboarding, and training. Your role is the client relationship and commercial side. We co-present onboarding sessions with you for the first 1–2 clients if helpful.

Is there a minimum commitment or fee to join?

No fee, no minimum. The program is free to join. You earn only when you refer paying clients.

What happens to my commission if a client downgrades or cancels?

Commission is calculated monthly on actual active subscriptions. If a client downgrades, your commission adjusts proportionally. If they cancel, commission for that client stops. There's no clawback of already-paid commissions.

Can I offer my clients a discount?

Yes — Silver and Gold resellers can offer clients up to 10% off published pricing. This comes out of your commission, not FieldGovern's margin, so it's your call.
